Location and purpose of important points on the body
Anatomical and topographical localization of the recommended points for influencing the muscle tone is presented below and is given according to the staff of the department of acupuncture St. Petersburg MAPS.
points of impact for relaxation or stimulation of the muscles of the neck:
FU-TU (Figure 78.) - In the neck in the middle of the side of the abdomen grudinoklyuchichno-mastoid muscle at the level of the line of the upper edge of the thyroid cartilage, held parallel to the clavicle.
TIEN DIN - the rear edge grudinoklyuchichno-mastoid muscle at the level of the line of the lower edge of the thyroid cartilage, held parallel to the clavicle.

Wan-GU - from low back edge of the mastoid process at the level of Feng-CHI.
FENG FU - in the middle line between the occipital bone and cervical vertebra I at Feng-CHI.
points of impact for relaxation and stimulation of the muscles of the shoulder girdle and upper limb:
Ji Quan (.. See Figure 78) - in the anterior axilla at the top of the axillary folds between the pectoralis major and biceps muscles of the shoulder.
Zhou Rong - in the second intercostal space in the location of the pectoralis major muscle.
DA CHZHUY (see Figure 79..) - In the middle of the distance between the spinous processes of the cervical VII and I thoracic vertebrae.
Jian-yu - in the area of the shoulder joint between the head of the humerus and the acromion process of the blade.
FENG CHI (Figure 79.) - In a recess formed on top of the occipital bone, the medial-trapezius muscle, and lateral - posterior margin grudinoklyuchichno-mastoid muscle.
Jian-ching - on the highest part of the shoulder girdle at the level of the mid-distance between Chien-Yu and Yes-chu.
DA ZHU - at interspinous gap I-II of the thoracic vertebrae.
Jian-Zhong-shu - midway between the DA and CHZHUY Jian-Jin and at the level of DA-chu.
NAO-SHU - below the spine of the scapula at the junction in its acromial end of the scapula.
Jian Zhen - in the top of the axillary folds back when freely lowered his hand.
JUAN GAO - on the inner edge of the blade at the level of the mid-distance between the spinous processes IV-V thoracic vertebrae.
ET-GUAN - on the inner edge of the lower angle of the scapula at interspinous period VII-VIII vertebrae.
BI-nao (Fig. 80) - at the point of attachment to the deltoid tuberosity of the humerus of the same name.

QU-CHI - on top of the fold at the maximum bent arm at the elbow.
SHOW San-Lee - between groups of muscles of the front and rear surface of the forearm on three transverse finger (II- IV) distal to the QU-Chi.
Wai-kuang - in the middle between the ulna and radius by three transverse finger (II-IV) proximal to the beam-carpal joint.
JAN-CHI - in the wrist between the tendons of the common extensor of the fingers and proper extensor of the little finger.
CE-SU - the first interdigital spaces at the top of the skin fold at the above I finger on the elevation of the first interosseous muscle.
Shao-HI (Figure 81.) - At the level of the elbow folds out in the ulnar side of the tendon of the biceps.
Chi-chieh - at the level of the elbow folds outward in the radial side of the tendon of the biceps.
Nei-guan - between the tendons of the long palmar muscle and the radial flexor three transverse finger (II-IV) proximal to the wrist joint.
DA LIN - between the tendons of palmaris longus and flexor beam at the level of the wrist joint.
LYAOTUN - on the palmar surface between III and IV metacarpal proximal to their heads.
Shih-hsuan - on the palmar surface of the tips of the terminal phalanges of the fingers.
points of impact for relaxation and stimulation of the muscles of the buttocks and lower extremities:
Zhi Shi (see Figure 79..) - At the level of interspinous gap II-III lumbar vertebrae to a line drawn through the GAO Juan and ET-Guan.
Chih-bian (Figure 82.) - on the entrance level in sacral canal on a line drawn through the GAO Juan, and ET-GUAN Zhi Shi.

Juan TNW - at the intersection of the line connecting the anterior superior iliac bone axis and perpendicular to the ischial tuberosity, restored from the top of the greater trochanter, or 1/3 of the distance from the tip of the greater trochanter to the entrance of the sacral canal.
CHENG-FU - in the gluteal crease between the long head of the biceps femoris and semitendinosus.
Yin-men - in the middle of the back of the thigh between the long head of the biceps femoris and semitendinosus.
CHENG I-Ching - in the center of the largest diameter of the lower leg between the heads of the gastrocnemius muscle.
CHEN SHAN - in a place of convergence of the lower edges bryushek gastrocnemius muscle.
YOON Quan - on the plantar surface of the foot between II and III metatarsal bones, proximal to their heads.
BI-kuang (Fig. 83) - at the level of the perineum at the outer edge of the sartorius muscle (the muscle to look for when throwing his feet).
FU-TU - midway between the upper edge of the patella and the level of the crotch on the middle line of the hips.
TZI-men - in the lower right corner of the femoral (Skarpy) triangle between the inner edge of the medial vastus and the front edge of the long adductor muscles of the thigh.
ChE-DIN - over the middle of the upper edge of the patella with the knee joint flexed leg.
control-BI - at the level of the lower edge of the lateral patellar ligament in his recess when bent at the knee at 90 ° leg.

Nei Ching - the second interdigital spaces at major transition phalanges into the base body.
Kun-lun - between the rear edge of the lateral malleolus and the heel (Achilles) tendon at the top of the ankle.
PU Shen - on the outer border of the skin back and plantar surface of the calcaneus under the Kun-lun.To point relates the whole border of the foot line to the V pin.
